Notice is hereby given that the order of consideration of matters on this agenda may be changed without notice.
PUBLIC COMMENT
In accordance with Bagley-Keene, the committee has established a standing rule that discussion of agenda items will be given a specified amount of time at the end of each meeting, and prior to a vote on any agenda item. Speakers are asked to limit their testimony to approximately three (3) minutes, unless previously approved for more time. Speakers wishing for additional time to address the committee can send a request to SARATSO@cdcr.ca.gov, no later than five days prior to the meeting.
